The University of Queensland Business School, in collaboration with the System Dynamics Society’s Oceania Chapter, is delighted to host the 3rd Asia Pacific System Dynamics Conference in Brisbane, from Sunday 2 - Tuesday 4 February 2020.

The Asia Pacific is the fastest growing region in the world. This growth provides opportunities to apply system dynamics to sustainably guide development in the region, as well as grow the System Dynamics society. This conference will showcase applications of system dynamics within the Asia Pacific region. It will also be an opportunity for those working in the Asia Pacific to exchange ideas and build working relationships. The conference is open to all interested in system dynamics from academia, government, industry and NGO’s.

The conference will be held at The University of Queensland (UQ) in Brisbane, Australia’s third largest city. UQ is one of the largest universities in Australia, being ranked within the top 50 universities in the world.

Pre-conference workshops and a conference welcome BBQ dinner will be held on Sunday 2 February 2020. The conference program will run over Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 February 2020, and will include keynote addresses, a debate, six plenary presentations and 16 parallel sessions.

Parallel sessions will consist of either presentations or workshops - such as training and demonstration workshops.
